ReelWhat do the athletes who jump the highest have in common? 1️⃣ High relative strength 2️⃣ Exceptional reactive strength 3️⃣ Efficient jumping coordination Strength matters — but being strong isn’t enough. You need to absorb force, produce it quickly, and use it efficiently. The 2–2.5× bodyweight strength reference is for trained adult athletes, not youth athletes. If you’re an athlete looking to jump higher and improve your performance, DM me JUMPReelIt’s not only about what you eat — it’s also about how you eat it. Try this simple order: 🥩 Protein → 🥦 Fiber → 🍚 Carbs Eating protein and fiber before carbs may help slow digestion and reduce the spike in blood sugar after a meal. Small habits. Better nutrition. Better results. #Nutrition #HealthyEating #BloodSugar #FitnessNutrition #HealthyHabitsReelBuilt for basketball players. 🏀 A place to get stronger, faster, more explosive, move better, and become a better athlete. But this is more than a gym. It’s a community. If you’re serious about basketball, come train with us. DM me to get started. #BasketballTraining #BasketballPerformance #AthleteTraining #StrengthAndConditioning #ZahleReelOne of the best supersets for strength + explosiveness. 8 Bulgarian Split Squats → 4 Bulgarian Jumps. #AthleticPerformance #VerticalJump #Basketball #StrengthTraining #ExplosivePowerReelBulletproof your knees pt.1 #knee #athlete #gym #reels #workoutReelStop guessing. Start testing. Every athlete has different strengths, weaknesses, mobility restrictions, and movement limitations. That’s why I assess first, identify what’s holding you back, and build the training around YOUR needs. Vertical jump tested on Day 1 → targeted training → retest after 1 month. Train with a purpose. Measure your progress. Improve what actually needs work. DM me “JUMP” if you want to get tested. 🏀 #VerticalJump #BasketballTraining #AthleticPerformance #SportsPerformance #LebanonCarouselPart of the journey. Enjoy it, but don’t forget: whole fruit gives you more fiber and keeps you fuller. #Nutrition #HealthyEating #OrangeJuice #HealthyLifestyle #FitnessNutritionReelBuild stronger, more resilient calves and Achilles. Bent-knee + straight-knee isometric calf holds to train the soleus and gastrocnemius while building tendon capacity. 20-sec hold × 3 sets each Controlled. Strong. Consistent. Train the tissue, don’t just stretch it. #AchillesRehab #CalfStrength #TendonHealth #StrengthAndConditioning #SportsPerformanceReelDoes anybody know? #gymReelWant thicker, wider-looking arms? Stop focusing only on your biceps. The brachialis sits underneath the biceps and contributes significantly to overall arm thickness and width. One of the best exercises to target it? Hammer curls. Keep your neutral grip, control the eccentric, and focus on driving the elbow through the curl. Build the muscle underneath the biceps → build bigger-looking arms. Save this for your next arm workout and follow for more training tips. #Brachialis #HammerCurls #ArmGrowth #StrengthTraining #FitnessReel#stretching #athlete #gym #reels
